If you do run to the full interval, at minimum you should be checking the oil levels twice a month. Personally, I like to check them (and my other fluids) weekly - it has become kind of like a routine for me when I fill it up on Saturdays. I caught a low coolant level in my previous car using this method.

Hi Team I don't even have 1000km on the car.. I sorta went off road into a gravel road followed to close for about 15 miles now I am worried... Should I change the oil?? I did a quick spray on the engine all good there. I am checking out things and is this Belt joint mark normal? I am so glad to have a page to chat about my mistakes.. Next time they will eat my dust! Thanks

My 2 cents.
We trust dealerships to be able to pinpoint problems.
At 160 per hour.
Mostly they go with common sense issues, listen to the idle and go from there. I now work at a dealership and realize they really don’t go throughly through the issues. They see 1 hour diagnostic; spend 5 minutes and relay ”issues“ to adviser. Half assed service, double the price. It’s disgusting.
