They appear to have just changed the URL scheme for the manuals. There are even still some dead links to the old ones at their own site.

I've reconstructed the scheme for the 2000-2100, but we're still working on 98-99.

And the URL scheme in general for 2000-2011 (fill in the two xxxx with the 4-digit year, and eliminate the spaces):
