Are you saying a car you are hoping to purchase has all of these error codes currently?
It looks like it also has a couple of transmission codes that you didn't list?
Did the seller explain why the vehicle has so many codes?
That is an extreme number of electrical codes,
my guess would be it is a car that was involved in a flood,
and I would absolutely not buy it, no matter how cheap it is.

I agree with @donkpow

I have seen very similar long lists of codes when the battery has failed and can no longer maintain the voltage required to operate the voltage sensitive computer & canbus network.

If you look at the codes with low voltage in mind, It makes sense, at least to me.

Either that or the car is a total sled.

I think it's the battery though. Is it the original?

This is assuming the car hasn't been wrecked and attacked by amateur repairman, hasn't been eaten by rodents chewing the wires, and the negative terminal sensor is intact.

I'm assuming the TCV has already been replaced?

How big of a project car do you want? Could be 1 or 2 simple things that don't cost a lot (except maybe time) or it could need a bunch of stuff. Anything from a fuse to bad ground to battery to sensors to computer module(s) or some combination.

It could be something as simple as rodents eating the wiring which could be a nightmare to fix as they could have chewed on other things too.

With all the complex systems in that generation of Forester, it could cost more to fix than what the vehicle is currently worth

Not worth considering as a purchase for someone else
