Probably not a scam, but just not a site someone wants to put the effort into. I'd recommend just calling Jackie at Annapolis Subaru (site vendor on here). She usually has the best prices around.

 

I am already regretting to choose them. At first i thought this is official dealer online shop because i found their link.

But dealer said this is not their shop this is separate company.

 

Dealers often try to hide or even disavow their online presence in hopes that local buyers won't demand the same prices over the counter. But if they truly are selling genuine Subaru parts, then they truly must be the alter ego of a genuine dealer.

This not scam people, just poor client communication. They gave correct tracking number and it is working.

 

You should edit your original post to reflect this fact, rather than allowing the misapprehension to persist.

 

As mentioned, typically these part sites are run by dealerships as a separate organization to prevent backlash at the brick and mortar establishment.

 

Glad this got resolved. Members of the forum staff have now softened the thread title and accusatory words.
