327 horses and 329 lb ft - just a little shy of the Litchfield 330/330 quote, but almost exactly what it says on the tin!
FSTi with Miltek (sports cat) and Powerstation remap @ 1000 miles

Karma - where did you squeeze the extra torque from?

The Maha dyno at Powerstation showed a bit less than yours when they did mine (I don't have a pic, the printout is at home). The WRC one is a Dyno Dynamics and they always seem to show a bit more torque than the Powerstation one. I'd also added silver rear bulbs by then, that must have been worth a bit.

Oh the shame of it...
ahem, 187bhp and 210lbft,

funny shape of the torque curve was due to a misfire that is now almost completely sorted, boost has since been raised from 0.65 to 0.8 bar and furthe mods as well, want to get it on a dyno again!

Simon

P.S. how do you guys get big pics and I get thumbnails are you using an extrenal host?

Your peak torque figure comes in nice and low. Must be a nice drive wafting around like that on a wave of low end grunt?

Had to post up mine as it shows CONCLUSIVELY that I have the most powerful Fozzy to date.

345.4 BHP

Mods:
- cleaned
- ashtray emptied
- sunglasses on

Apologies for the quality of the pic - it almost makes the graph look hand drawn

I have a replacement pump (265L), but standard regulator, and in-tank catalysts - I swear by these but most people regard them as snake oil :)

The yellow sti injectors are at full duty now - so these would be next to change

I was contemplating a SARD regulator - which would allow better fuel pressure to be maintained + some adjustability to cope with seasonal weather changes - which usually see me doing lots of ECU resets in the quest for more consistent boost.
However I am put off by the fact that this is very inaccessible and requires the intake pipe ( itself a candidate for replacement) to be removed - which is an @rse.
If you were going to do those two, then you might also upgrade the lines to something better than the 8mm regular stuff too.

It would also be nice to have some form of fuel reservoir - as there is not sufficient baffling in the fuel tank to prevent starvation when the tank is low and cornering G-force is high - despite the two sender units.

The only other fuel related item to consider is to change the throttle chamber body to the big diameter 26.5mm (JDM spec-c) variety - this is a straight swap out ( removing intercooler for access)- though need to order matching gaskets too.

So, as you can see - there is still plenty of things that can de done with fuelling - I believe marky D has done the regulator - this is said to not only improve/hold boost but also sharpen the throttle response.

Big downside to all the above is that they will all contribute to worse fuel consumption - so, as I am hurting a bit from £1:10/litre at the moment, I feel it is unlikely I am going to do any of the above items I had in my list :-(

Swirl pot is reasonably cheap and pretty effective ... or don't run it so low :)

Paul@Zen does the hyperflow swirl pot
