Hello all,

I’m a new member and got my first fozzy last month. I seen a few videos on installing WRX struts to lower it an inch or two, but had a few questions.

-Which year WRX struts are compatible with my 02 forester?
-Does it matter if it’s STI WRX?
-Should I get struts from a Sedan or wagon?
-Is it a direct swap for the struts or do I need to do anything else to make it happen?

Thank you in advance!!

It is a direct swap but you need to have 100pcd (stud pattern) struts , im not sure which year it is but im pretty sure you would need the GD impreza .
Another option is to buy tein basis , they are an excellent inexpensive coil over , height adjustable with the re-bound pre set .
:edit , i really wouldnt buy second hand subaru suspension as they are well known for shock knock and stiction issues , google it you will find thousands of cases .
