Weird "screech" when I pass a truck

This isn't a problem, at least as far as I can figure. It is however a strange phonmenon.

While traveling (65-75 mph) on a two-lane highway at the moment I pass a large semi going in the opposite direction there is a "screech" that almost sounds like it is coming from the radio speaker. It also happens when driving into a gusty wind and I get hit head-on with a sizeable gust.

I thought it might be some electrical interferance coming though the radio so I turned the radio off...it still happens.

My guess is that there is some kind of air compression at the moment the truck passes or I get a good gust of wind and it's pushing air backward through the air ducts.

Has anyone but me ever had this happen? I don't think it's a problem in anyway but it is kind of weird. It keeps me awake too...;)
