Appreciate in advance for your input; my subaru forester 2012 has been making clunky noise front from driver wheel when reversed at fully turned steering wheel , does it randomly and mainly when the car is cool. My mechanic tried to reproduce the noise but he could not , checked my car 2 times and could not find anything wrong. One fine day I video recorded the random clunks while reversing the car from the car bay in the evening after finishing my work and showed it to him. He thought it could be the faulty bearing making noise when the car is cool so changed the wheel hub bearing assembly but it has not fixed my problem. It still makes random clunky noise on reversing the car when fully turned steering wheel.
