looking at picking up a 2011 Forester 2.5x Premium - 5 speed manual

I've got a possible new car to add to the fleet 2011 Forester 2.5x Premium 5speed 115K miles clutch was replaced at about 68K (driver admited it was likely his habit of holding it on the floor (while in first) when he was stopped at lights and such Engine (long block) was replaced at 72K miles (by subaru) under a TSB for oil consumption it's super clean (solid "very good" condition) it'd be nice to have a vehicle with AWD in the fleet as well as a Manual transmission (to teach the kids to drive)

he has about a 3/4" stack of maintenance receipts that come with it (that's how I found the engine replacement (at no cost) while looking for info on a timing belt/head gasket (found out it's got the FB25 and isnt one of those engines))
I'll have to check, but I'm pretty sure the transmission fluid/diff fluid has been done on time
the guy didnt seem to know much about cars, but he was pretty nit picky about taking it to the dealer for anything and everything

the car also has a Blue Ox tow bar setup (for flat towing behind an RV (I have a 31' motorhome that I tow a 2013 Honda Fit with) including a brake controller) that's a bonus

I'm going to be taking it on an "extended test drive" tomorrow with my wife and 13 year old (250 miles round trip)

is there anything I should be looking out for?

Thanks in advance

BTW.
after about 400 or so miles, I've decided that it's not the right vehicle for me at this time.
my wife has a bad hip, and can't drive it comfortably (she can operate the manual transmission just fine even tho it's been over 5 years for her)
as well as the poor fuel mileage
I was really hoping that I could coax 30mpg out of her (I normally get a little better than EPA ratings with my driving

I really enjoyed being in a more comfortable car with more modern safety/conveniance fetures as well as driving a stick again

but it looks like this one won't be mine

it was over 90% highway
just like my comuting

I drive a 2013 Honda Fit, 55 miles each way (To and from work) on 55/60mph 2 lane roads (going 60-70) with lots of hills
my year round average is 37+mpg, with some tanks in the summer bouncing around 40/41mpg

the Subaru didnt seem to be as affected by higher speeds or passing as the Honda (that little guy has to work to pass people at highway speeds)
