I filled my tires to the specs on the driver door but MySubaru app still shows the warning. The app also says it was updated a couple days ago, is there a way to get the app to update to today? I’ve tried dragging the app down (like updating Facebook) and nothing happens.

Sorry I wasn’t clear. With new tire gauges, I made sure all 4 tires had the correct psi yet I still have the warning on the MySubaru app and in the car (tire light next to speedometer). Hmmm, looking further through the app, again, it says I need to drive the car at least 25 mph and it will recheck the inflation pressures again. Ok so that pretty much answers my question.

@ieliason I've owned mine for 7 years, doing 2x annual winter tire swaps to other rims that also have sensors - the clear experience has been, it can take a surprisingly long time for the light to both turn on, and turn off after a system reset at the tire store. Like, a day or two, and a fair number of miles.

but I also have gathered, the TPMS system in my '17 is considerably different from the system in '19+ SK Foresters. That might be a good thing but I'm not sure.

Using the control on the left side of the steering wheel (SEE THAT SILLY BOOK IN THE GLOVE BOX) you should be able to bring up the TPMS pressure display between the speedo & tach.

Are you seeing all 4 tires? Are they above 30 psi? Is the display blank? If you have good data but still have a yellow TPMS warning light, you have a system fault. If you don't have display data, you either haven't driven enough to acquire valid data, or you have a system fault (single bad sensor, system error).

Net, tell us more....
