Hello again. I have a question that applies to a Forester even though the vehicle in question is a 2018 Crosstrek Limited....
Out of the blue, my wife's Crosstrek started displaying a yellow "warning" symbol (steadily illuminated) indicating an issue with the TPMS. It takes several minutes at highway speed to illuminate. The actual individual tire values are correct and the warning disappears when the car is shut down. I checked the tires and they were all within normal values BUT, once the car went back out, the same yellow warning was displayed. The warning is a yellow triangle and exclamation symbol, on the left and right side of the display. It indicates that the owner's manual should be referred to. Before I'm forced to going to the dealer, does anyone have any experience as to what the cause (and solution) might be?
Before I visit a dealer, I always want to ask more knowledgable owners if this sounds familiar. I used to check the Subaru Crosstrek.org site BUT it never seems to be responded to.......Our Forester.org site never has let me down. Thanks for your help and shoulder to cry on....
