Should be the same as my 2018 in which I installed the Kicker upgrade tweeters. Pry up from the A-pillar side with a small, thin plastic trim tool. You can probably use a small, flat head screwdriver but make sure you don't scratch anything.

 

If using a screwdriver, be sure to wrap it in tape. Better to use a plastic trim tool though. Pry gently.

 

Buy a set of plastic trim puller tools at Harbor Frieght

 

I got the grilles off using a plastic tool I bought from Advanced Auto. The Kicker speakers sound much better than the stock speakers.
