TSB 12-173-14R details a procedure to remove a production-induced stain from the 2015 headliners. Not sure whether that would apply to all stains or even headliners from other years.

I know it's a late response, but use 303 Spot cleaner. It's what auto detailers use on fabric seats/headliner.

I use a clean white Terry cloth towl and some very watered down laundry detergent. Works great and smells nice. The dirt seems to come out easy.

I think this may be because NOBODY makes a good "car vacuum cleaner"... There are tons of them out there but I've yet to find any that offer the performance of the big systems down at the local car wash joint... And lugging out your hoover from the living room is a bit clunky and time consuming to try and use for car cleaning.

 

Agree, I had one and I am totally satisfied. I used it once in 2 weeks. I think that a good vacuum cleaner can make a good cleaning in your car. Usually I used my household vacuum, but it wasn’t easy task. So, I decided to buy a cordless vacuum. For spot cleaning, I use Woolite diluted in water.
