2016 2.5i basic - Problem with rear door handle

Dear all,

I got problems with my 2016 Subaru Forester basic version. When I was trying to open the rear door, the black part of the door (handle) seems loose, and I can hear "Z~~~Z~~" sound. Please check the youtube link for the details.

I am not sure what's going on and what should I do next. Can any expert help me to figure out what's going on with this handle? Do I have to replace it?
