2015 - Daytime running lights and high beams not working?

I was out the other night and went to use my hi beams, they stayed one for a minute and stopped working. car is a 2015 forester. I have checked all fuses, swapped relays and everything looks good. I have no daytime running lights and no high beams. Low beams work as they should. When I flash the high beams the dash indicator does come on but that is it.

Does this sound like a bad drl resistor?

Please help!

Not sure about the MY15, but I'm thinking the DRL's and the High Beams may be using the same filiment - Not the low beam....
Lower power for DRLs but I think they use the same filament. Have you checked the bulbs to see if they light when jumpered?

As onomarn said "one filament". It runs more or less on half power as DRLs. My OEM bulbs were blackened because the filament didn't get hot enough on DRL to re-deposit Tungsten back to the filament. Still worked but glass had partially melted. I Replaced my DRLs with Philips DRLs and recommend them. OEM resistor system sucks; uses same current for DRLs as high beam and is bad for the bulbs.
