What symptoms are you seeing that makes you think you have a fuel pressure issue? Have you tried disconnecting the fuel line under the hood and see if you get a good steady flow?

 

@bman400 Well I pulled the fuel pump today and I didn’t see any thing wrong with it. The filter is clean when key is turned on it pumps for a few seconds and then shuts off each time. The line going from pump to fuel rail is not clogged. I cleaned the throttle body with air intake and throttle body cleaner and I also cleaned the EGR valve. I checked the PCV valve and put new MAF sensor in. When I tried the manual relearn it would not start. I did manage to get it started and held RPM around 2000 and it ran very smooth but when I took foot off the accelerator it died and would not start again. When it was running it would not take much throttle and it would bog down. I put new injectors in and new plugs.
