@Keel_69, there are many brands such as Method and Sparco with many finishes, Bronze, Black, Gunmetal, paired with a Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail. Its a solid looking application and functional.

 

Well, they aren't fancy but I got a set of used SG Forester wheels from a tire shop for $100. I painted them and they work well. They are 16" size.
I got Toyo Open Country A/Ts and they work A-OK. It has an ADF 2" lift too.

 

I really like the Nitto nomad grapplers on my 18. They’re nice and quiet on pavement but still have good traction off road. They’re a heck of a lot lighter than the BFG’s that were on it when I bought it. Wheels are Motegi, wouldn’t be my first option if I were buying them myself but they do the job.

What sort of offroading do you envisage?

 

I'm a big fan of my Audi Pepperpots and Toyo Open Country AT3s. The pepperpots are +38 offset, 12.8 lbs each, and set me back just shy of $700 delivered from Europe for 5 of them. I just had to keep an eye on the various European eBay's until I found sellers who were willing to ship to the US. I ended up getting a set of 4 from Germany and a single wheel from Lithuania lol. I just had to take a grinder to my front brake calipers to shave off about 3 mm to make the wheels fit, but I'm not sure if the 2009 SH has the same front calipers. The Toyo AT3s are also among the lightest AT tires out there in the size range you'll be using.
