Basically the title. I just bought this car a few months ago and it came with a faulty head gasket. Exhaust was escaping into the coolant and displacing it causing the engine to overheat. I replaced both gaskets with a set of Felpro PermaTorque MLS gaskets and a new set of Felpro head bolts for both heads. I also got both of the heads resurfaced. I heard from a friend about needing to re-torque the head bolts after so many miles (I think he said 500 or something like that)). I did some research online and could not find anything about needing to or what to torque them to. I search this forum a bit and couldn’t find anything about this specifically. Any advice is much appreciated and maybe this thread will help some other lost soul in the future.
