@SoobNaibot Grab some screw drivers, etc...and a DVM (Digital Volt Meter) or a 12V test light. Pull out the Pioneer DEH-1400 and start probing your power wires. Go here for details of your DEH-1400: https://www.pioneerelectronics.ca/POCEN/Car/CD-Receivers/DEH-1400.

If you have 12V power showing up at the head unit, it's possible the Pioneer is dead and inviting you to replace "ME"!

 

Also dont forget to check the fuse on the back of the radio

@SoobNaibot there is most definitely a red fuse plugged right into the back of that radio. You might need to unplug the wiring harness to see it but is absolutely there, unless of course its missing in which case you found your problem lol

 

@SoobNaibot Snap a picture of the back of the Pioneer so we can even see if there is a spot for the onboard fuse. According to Pioneer's documentation there should be a slot above the wiring harness for the Fuse. If it's actually missing there, then that maybe why it's not working.
