So we have an 03 2.5X that probably needs a valve cover gasket replacement.
Looking at this thread it doesn't seem too difficult.

Other than the torque specs on the bolts is there anything else to watch for and pay extra attention to?
Also possible dumb question but based on the part numbers in assuming the left and right gasket are interchangeable.
