I have 2014 with a flashing TPMS that goes solid after a minute or 2. I am due for new tires and am thinking about buying 4 new sensors and having my tire guy install them when mounting 4 new tires. I found these replacements on Amazon. The local tire guy says he can troubleshoot the sensors but I am thinking why not replace all 4. If its the module I am out the $50 on the new sensors. Does this seem like a good approach knowing I am getting 4 new tires mounted anyways? Thanks!

Thanks for chiming in and sensible speak. I was curious if (m)any here had used the knockoffs without issues and its been crickets. Time to call the dealer and stop risking cheap parts being incompatible defective or failing. On a side note the original Geolander tires lasted 50K with no major complaints but didnt do anything hardcore in them to test. Thinking Goodyear Assurance Comfort but not sold on them yet.
