The heat shield that sits above the rear exhaust fell down and was sitting directly on the exhaust, it looked pretty rusted so I took it to Subaru to get it fixed or replaced, thinking they'd do it right cause they have processes right? They took it in for a while and then said it's back on, but when I got home, I looked underneath wondering how they fixed it given how rusted it was and there's no heat shield. I called them back but "the tech already went home for the day". I looked at the paperwork I got and it says "heat shield repaired, no more rattle", but...there's no heat shield! Am I seeing that right? On the attached photo - this is where the heat shield should be yeah?
