2008 - AT - OCV holder oil leak and gasket replacement?

Found 2 oil leaks on 2008 NA EJ253 (passenger side), the obvious one (rear cam plug) and the smaller one (red circles) that could be due to the OCV holder gasket. Ordered a gasket, p.n. 10924AA040.

1. How easy/possible is it to replace it without lifting the engine? I'll have to fly "blind" there, but with just the 4 8mm bolts seems doable? Could anyone confirm who's actually done it.

2. I'd have to remove the OCV, I imagine, but am not clear on the plug/connector on the left, perpendicular to OCV, presumably a camshaft position sensor (blue circle) What exactly is it and does it need to come out, too?
