Note this does not include Roo...he is the only reason why I would even consider still going to this dealership...Roo is AWESOME!!!
I have had nothing but the worst service from Marin Mazda Subaru (MMS).
I purchased a 2004 FXT from MMS in 6/05, and have experienced awful service. Unfortunatelly, the person who owned my car prior must have beaten the hell out of it, thus, I have had the following performed:
- Replacement of fuel tumbler
- Tightening of banjo bolt on turbo (dripped oil onto exhaust pipe resulting in oil smoke and smell in car)
- Removal of filters in banjo bolts on turbo oil line
- Rear differential replacement
I have been instructed to leave the car, yet they do not inspect the problem. When the rear diff. was replaced, it was the second time I took the car in, they never tested the car the first time I took it in, resulting in a tremendous waste of time and effort on my part.
I have complained about a turbo problem, but the service folk are unable to "hear" the sound. I called this morning for the 3rd time on this issue, hoping to get a service person to ride with me on the freeway quickly, but all I get repeatedly from them is "we are very busy and understaffed."
On each and every item listed, I have had to take my car in approximately 2x for each problem. I actually had Roo print me out a TSB to resolve one issue because the service folk could not determine the problem.
Once my warranty expires, I will NEVER get service from MMS again...although I will certainly see Roo...Roo lets get some lunch today!!!!
