Any thoughts on them?

Was going to order a painted 02-03 Sti hood scoop, they just seem hard to get a hold of on the landline and email.

I'm local, and have never been able to get a hold of them via phone and they never responded to my e-mails regarding the sti splitter they have listed on their site. I wanted to arrange a local pickup, but I went with another source for cheaper anyways.

Some nabisco-ers swear by them and they have a healthy thread going:

I bought my STi hood scoop and boost gauge from them. Great service and excellent paint finish on the scoop. The were attentive enough to notice I was buying parts for a WRX but owned a Forester; they sent me an email to make sure I had ordered the correct parts. It was nice to know that someone double checks the orders.
