I can only tell good things about Subaru Glen Waverly. Here's why...
1. The driver's seat vinyl trim developed cracks in it after 45K kms. I am not large and the vehicle is treated with care. Subaru HQ said "no - not covered, its wear and we don't cover it". Sub Glen Waverly said "that shouldn't happen" and quickly repaired the trim.
2. During the above repair, the monkey who ripped out the seat (a sub contractor - I have just learned) scratched the window controls on the door and the trim around the door. Again Sub GW said "we'll fix it" and the car's going in tomorrow to be repainted etc.
IMO, Sub HQ's call centre can be a bit hard to deal with but the dealership itself is a dream.
