Question Taillights Stay on - SOLVED!

Okay, so here's the deal,
I Had a dead taillight bulb so I replaced all of the 7443 bulbs with some Sylvania LEDs.

Now with the car off, headlights off and battery drain switch turned off the taillights are still on. I appreciate any input if you have any Idea's.

The cars is a 2008 FXT, vf43, STI intercooler, downpipe, and access port tune.

Just a wild guess since it happened after you put in LED bulbs.. probably LED bulb related.
