CLEAN 03-08 Forester

WTB: CLEAN 03-08 Forester. Manual or Auto. Turbo or NA. Nothing with crazy miles unless it has a fresh motor. Nothing super modded (Slammed, Huge Turbo, Heavy Clutch). No Gold/Red Paint or Tan interiors. Doesn't have rust or any major paint/body issues. Want to spend under $15k.

Thanks,
Nick

What is your definition of crazy miles? I am going to sell my 08 Sport WRB, auto with 55,800 original miles, but it will be above your budget.

Probably putting my 04 limited up soon. And you'll have enough left over for a nice motorcycle or jet ski...92k on it.

SVXs, they're history...and the 04 FXT PP 8')

Are still looking? If so, I have a very clean, unmodified 06 FXT Limited 4EAT in Auburndale, FL for $10,999 obo. I work in Orlando, and my house is only 45 min west on I4, so you could check it out any time.

2006 Subaru Forester XT Limited
Location: Auburndale, FL
Price: $10,999
Mileage: 102k

Basics:
- 2.5L turbocharged 4 cyl boxer motor (WRX motor)
- Automatic transmission
- Professionally installed CompuStar alarm and remote start
- Leather heated seats
- Heated windshield wiper storage
- Power everything
- Fully loaded Limited model
- FL dark-as-legal 3M carbon tint (new in mid 2017)
- Pioneer head unit with backup cam

Key details:
- Bone stock besides remote start, head unit, and tint
- Headgaskets, timing belt, water pump, and radiator replaced by dealer at 72k miles in Oct 2016 (have records)
- Oil changes (synthetic) with filter (Subaru or Puralator Boss only) every 3k miles
- Trans fluid drain and fill every 15k miles during my ownership (Subaru/Idemitsu fluid only)

My stupid post count won't let me add a link, so I broke it up below. Just remove the spaces.

So mine can be had as is in Vero Beach:

95k, 2 owner 04 XT Premium:

good:
new tinting;
sway bars, tower brace, orig Cobb Vport, 17 RoJa rims, Leg GT back brakes, up/down pipes;
Stage 1.5 tune from Metric in NY

needs:
tires(you get your choice!)
camshaft seals according to my local tech-I think perhaps valve gaskets instead;
gas door rust, not too bad.
cosmetics are a 7-8, easy to mint out if desired.

Had an 06 4eat auto and matching rear installed when the oem failed at 80k, no warning and never raced, we're both middle aged Drs. New trans works well.

The best part, asking $4500 and will sell for $4k.

This thread was created in 2017, so I'm going to assume @OrlandoSubaruDude has found his Forester & he hasn't replied to any of the posts to this thread.
