Discount Tire's policy on lifetime rotations and balancing?

How often can you bring a car in for rotations and/or balancing? Their literature recommends something like 6-8000 miles for rotations, and balancing every other rotation. Seems a little generous. Would they complain about rotating and balancing them every 4 or 5000 miles if you brought the car in?

As many miles as I put on my car, I get the 6k tire rotation every three months. Main reason why I purchased from discount tire. And they balance my tires when needed.

I'm completely the opposite. Less than 5k miles per year. I ride my bike a LOT.
