XTDude's 2004 FXT

More Exterior & Interior Pics

Purchased by me in August 2004 with 32 miles. I originally planned to do some mods, then decided to wait until the end of the warranty period. Well, there I was at 80,XXX miles with the same old boring ride (well, it became boring anyway). I thought about buying one of those shinny new Subarus I saw on my trip to SLC last winter (Subies aren't big in Florida), but I don't like anything they have to offer yet. I'm still waiting for the Forester STi (probably be waiting a while). So with a little TLC, I'm ready to revive my FXT and make it fun again for the next 5 years.

Anyway, that's my story, see you guys around! -J

^^ Yes, I agree!

I've been waiting over 2 months for my STi scoop... long story. :frown: I'm going to write it up in my Member Journal (the horror story), when I finally get it installed! I don't want to say anything bad about the seller, until the process is complete.

My GR2s and Swifts are being installed as we speak! I can hardly contain myself, it's like Christmas morning... after waiting 2 months for springs on backorder, then coming in 6 weeks LATE after that, then the original shop canceling my install appointment twice, this is 4 months of waiting coming to a close!

Thanks! Sorry for the late follow up on this one. I made the grill following a mix of DIY threads on this site and looking at things other members did. The "F" badge is a JDM SF piece, IIRC. Ordered it from japanparts.com
