Winter is officially over (if you ignore the snow that fell on Denver last night) and I need a cheap project to keep me sane. My OEM wheels, which I will use for winter tires, were suffering from paint bubbling and so I thought, "Why not re-finish them and give them a little fresh paint." I know I don't want silver or gold. I've already had/have those colors. The obvious choice seems to be a gloss black, but what are your thoughts? Samples of precedents would be great to see, especially white Fozies.

How about Duplicolor Bronze wheel paint? It is a darker bronze and would look really good with white!

back when I had my Frontier, I painted my steel wheels with Rustoleum gunmetal in the hammered finish. Left a cool looking texture and comes in a variety of colors, including the colors mentioned above. Touch ups are a breeze cuz you don't need to worry about matching the surrounding areas.
