Can anyone tell me if SF wheels will fit an SG? Did the hubs change to 114x5?

AFAIK all Forester hubs are 5x100

No Foresters didn't change. Maybe you are thinking about when the Impreza STI changed from 5x100PCD to 5x114.3PCD in 2006?
