Find some "S" bends and traveling at a reasonable speed weight and unweight each side of the vehicle, if the hum is louder on a weighted side then that's a sure sign of a bad wheel bearing.
wheel bearing noise?
My alignment specialist says bearings in one wheel of my '14 Forester is PROBABLY causing humming and singing but can't be sure. Stumped, never heard that sound before. Have any other owners experienced similar issues?
