Can anyone give me the final say on what type of oil is supposed to be in the MT on my 2000 SF?

GL-5 75W90 seems recommended, but do I need to avoid the oil with an LS designation for the transmission?

What about for the rear diff?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, don't use one with the LS additives in the trans. Rear diff can use any 75w90.

For the trans I'd probably use the valvoline nonsynthetic. Seems to work well if you replace it regularly (15-30k).
