XIM brand UMA Primer tinted dark grey and thinned 50/50 with water.

Scotch Coatings Elast-A-Bond for stucco masonry and wood. Used #405 Flat Black. I found that 60/40 paint/water mixture worked best.

KRYLON Crystal Clear Acrvlic Coating 1303 (Spray can). High Gloss!

KRYLON Matte Finish 1311 (Spray can). Followed the re-coat directions on can, ~2 minutes. Completely knocked down the gloss and is super durable.

The best satin-black paint I've used that goes on even and is quite durable is simply labeled "Trim Paint". Meant for a smooth OEM satin-black finish on rear view mirrors and bumper trim. Works great for just about anything that needs a satin black finish. Goes on very evenly and is easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Green can labeled "Trim Paint" by Duplicolor....

Nice, the silver portion of my center console of my new xt has some slight wear. I'll definately be going satin black with it. :)
