Finally replaced the OEM battery with one from Costco. 640 CCA, yeah!

Feb. 2011 will be year 6. I wasn't going to take any chances with the temps in the 20s this past week. I could feel the OEM battery struggling to get going so it got replaced. Peace of mind going into this winter, plus the Costco battery only costs $60.00 (they gave me another $9.xx back when I returned the OEM core).

did you go with an impreza shifter or a forester one? if a forester one, does it seem to be shorter than the factory shifter?

I used the Forester one and it really appears to be stock height. Pleasantly surprised and the throw is shorter and "crispy" as I have read on here.
Can't wait to install the Font and Rear Bushings..

I washed it after driving home from school (750 miles) in the salt and snow. and then I installed my Rally Armor Flaps finally. I am sooo glad I am so glad I finally did. I went out in the neighborhood quickly and when I got back I saw that only the flaps had snow on them, nothing on the car!

Got my car detailed at Metropolitan Detail is Seattle which was suggested by Carter Subaru when I went to have a 27000 miles oil change. Nice service, full detail cost $560. The swril come with the car when I purchrase brand new from the dealership is all gone.... :woohoo:
