Thought it would be fun to start a thread on everyday things we do here and there to our beloved Subarus. The weather is getting nicer, so I'm sure we will all be outside more tinkering on our cars.

Today has been a busy day for me! Got my Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires in yesterday from Tirerack for the Sti and had them mounted and balanced today by a real cool guy off of Nasioc. If anyone wants his info in the PNW PM me. He runs a legit business out of his home doing tire stuff n such, for a really good deal. But let me tell ya, these tires are STICKY!!! They pick up gravel everywhere but they are SOOOoo nice! It feels like a different car

When I got back from joyriding the STi in it's new tires, I washed the Forester (for the second time this week) and finally got around to hand waxing it. Looks pretty, but boy is there a lot of bumps and bruises on it!

What did you guys do to the subarus today??

Got me a new windshield yesterday.... after the 2nd try.:)
Drove to school. Drove to Subway. Drove to school. Drove to get a haircut, then to work for a few minutes. Then almost got destroyed (literally) by a public bus making a right hand turn on RED when I was driving home.
TWEETERS!

I finally got an OEM tweeter kit for my '09 and put it in today. Man, it sure makes a difference in stereo ambiance; I should have done this when I bought it almost 2 years ago.

While at the dealer, I also bought a cabin air filter and an engine air filter and put both of them in, with 28k miles on the car. Note to self: change these a bit sooner next time.

The Foz is happy, my ears are happy, and it's a nice spring day in Michigan.

Took the WRX rims with the all seasons off the Foz (I'll be painting them black) and put my spare set of 7 spoke aluminum rims with Blizakks on.
It snowed last night.

This weekend the 20 inch STI swaybar with drop mounts etc, and trailer hitch reciever goes on.
Yesterday afternoon, Slynki had her oil change - I was going to give her a nice bath, but the gloomy overcast clouds and wind told me not to bother. An hour later, it was raining.

thebeephaha, those are some really nice pics. You're quite the photog!
Went to my local Subie dealer for an oil change (I am not mechanically inclined to do my own). Ended up costing $100 because the previous owner never changed the cabin air filter...it was black as night.....disgusting...

Drove to work and then to band rehearsal later!

Used her to test some used cruise control parts, so I could sell them.
Only thing I got to do is drive it and almost collide. Enough excitement for one day.
Going to do the weatherstrip mod with the vinyl tubing tonight.
