Thought it would be fun to start a thread on everyday things we do here and there to our beloved Subarus. The weather is getting nicer, so I'm sure we will all be outside more tinkering on our cars.

Today has been a busy day for me! Got my Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires in yesterday from Tirerack for the Sti and had them mounted and balanced today by a real cool guy off of Nasioc. If anyone wants his info in the PNW PM me. He runs a legit business out of his home doing tire stuff n such, for a really good deal. But let me tell ya, these tires are STICKY!!! They pick up gravel everywhere but they are SOOOoo nice! It feels like a different car

When I got back from joyriding the STi in it's new tires, I washed the Forester (for the second time this week) and finally got around to hand waxing it. Looks pretty, but boy is there a lot of bumps and bruises on it!

What did you guys do to the subarus today??

filled the tank for the second time and drove 50 miles and the gage still has not moved.

calibrated the compass. noticed the gear shifter selector is not lighted so need to figure out how to open it up to check the bulb. that is on todays to do list.

oh and yesterday got my permanent tags for it. no more paper 30 day tags..lol
Changed the fog lights to +50's and the head lights to +60's, then adjusted both to get a longer and wider beam, that has greater light consistency.
Installing a new rsb today....ugh
Replaced my 08 sports headlamps w/ custom blacked out headlamps.

Debating if I should send off the extra 08's to Lightwerkz.
Clayed and detailed the wife's '00 Legacy, and put my extra set of LGT wheels on it. Must have taken 5 years off the old girl.

I'll have to post pics when I can.
Well yesterday I drove on down to Hillsboro, OR for the PDX Summer Meet & Drive and it was AMAZING!

14 hours on the road and worth every minute!

I exchanged my wimpy 13mm rear sway bar for a fatter 20mm one. :woohoo: I also installed a front strut brace. Can new end links be to far away?
