Well, I'm thinking that when all that mud/pebbles got into the timing belt covers when it was submerged, the belt somehow got stretched (Because that's when it jumped 3 teeth), and that's when all of these problems started happening. (well, I guess one problem, just happens over and over :biggrin. I'm a master to get to the timing belt though. 10 minutes and I'm to the covers, and it now takes me only 5 minutes to time it perfectly. :biggrin: I'll probably just cough up the $110 bucks for a new belt and pray that there's nothing else wrong.

And I'm glad to see you're happy with the sway bar, it was good to me, but not when off-road. :icon_wink:

Thats some real HP for a 2 L engine.. Looks like you are doing great.. Sure making a big change..

But we got to do some thing to teach you which side the steering goes.. Grin.. I have been there several times over the years and it drives me crazy trying to drive with the steering on the wrong side and every one on the wrong side of the road.. Or are we on the wrong side ????

It was Dyno tested a few years ago at 301 bhp and that was running very low boost. It will be mapped to run at 1.5 bar so it should easily it 330bhp without any fuss.

The subaru made me proud today.

To get to the good fishing spot I had to go over a pretty steep hill to get there, which wasn't a problem. My buddy then took the forester back over it to go to town to get some worms and a case of beer.

While he was gone, some guys in a 4x4 gmc sonoma tried to come over to the same area. They tried three times but couldn't quite make it. Right then my buddy showed back up so they moved out of the way and said "Go ahead, I wanna see you try this".... First try he made it over.

They tried one more time and couldn't do it. Then left. It was awesome.:icon_cool:
