What did you do to your subie today?

Thought it would be fun to start a thread on everyday things we do here and there to our beloved Subarus. The weather is getting nicer, so I'm sure we will all be outside more tinkering on our cars.

Today has been a busy day for me! Got my Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires in yesterday from Tirerack for the Sti and had them mounted and balanced today by a real cool guy off of Nasioc. If anyone wants his info in the PNW PM me. He runs a legit business out of his home doing tire stuff n such, for a really good deal. But let me tell ya, these tires are STICKY!!! They pick up gravel everywhere but they are SOOOoo nice! It feels like a different car

When I got back from joyriding the STi in it's new tires, I washed the Forester (for the second time this week) and finally got around to hand waxing it. Looks pretty, but boy is there a lot of bumps and bruises on it!

What did you guys do to the subarus today??

how did THAT happen?

i'm about to head out and get the new wheels mounted, and i've got some specific alignment instructions i need them to follow.
Local tire shop gave us a coupon for a $50 alignment at this local shop. Went to make appointment and asked if they would do custom specs and still honor the coupon, and the guy said yes. When we went in for the alignment, there was a different dude there, and suddenly the custom specs were $50 on top of the coupon price. FTL...
Took in Quicksilver to dealer to identify thunk, thunk...thunk noise that occurs on start up...got 78,500 service while in.
Used the Foz to move my desk, shelf, sterio, lamp, tv, tv stand, a couple bags of random stuff, and all my clothes in one trip withough moving my 2 12" subs from behind the rear seat :icon_cool:.
Either I am really good at packing stuff in or I don't have very much/large stuff...
Just cleaned the "Love Bugs" off the front and winshield, again.
Hauled some **** from home depot in the back.
60K Service at LIC Motorsports. The Foz feels very strong now. LIC did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional..
For another 10 minutes before I stop working today, I will drive my new Fozzie (which I picked up brand new this morning!) home.

Looked at my dirty Foz in disdain, wishing I had time to wash it before the B-day party we're hosting..

Also going through the dealer-vs-indie debate for my coming 32,000km maintenance.. A + B + C = $350? What the hell are they doing for 2-1/2 hours?
Prepping it for trade
