Reason for the change? I have considered it. I was using Motul, but it get's pretty expensive. Switched to Mobil 1 based on a recommendation from LIC.
I have an Amsoil dude about 3 blocks from my house whop sells the stuff. I was again told to use Motul again.. Hmmmmm

I changed my oil and went to remove my GREEN filter and found an extreme amount of these tiny hair like fibers that were caught in the valleys of the filter.. Like jam packed with them. Took about an hour to clean out.. WTH was that stuff? Anyway, she breathes like a track runner. Feels really good. it is amazing how much a difference it can make when the Foz breathes. I also curbed my rim this morning... trying to park to help some frantic lady and the low air pressure in her tires..

Gave her the first bath since the beginning of summer and discovered that all the off-roading really scratched up the paint something good. Looks like I'm going to be busting out the DA buffer to see how many I can buff out.

Also put it into FWD mode for a few miles today for the first time. Even with my engine issue and it being down on power, I was amazed with how much torque-steer and wheel spin there was in FWD mode. Makes me appreciate AWD that much better.

How do you put it in FWD mode?

I spent yesterday afternoon washing Ludwig (Ludwig von BattleWagon)... then trashed Ludwig's cleanliness later because Ashley felt the need to justify his name to my mother by creating a rally video... which got me into trouble, of course, but the whole "fine, I'll make a movie about it" thing was sorta funny.

Today... he's just sat in the parking lot here at the dorms. :icon_frown:
