I cleaned my ride....sort of.

I left the XT outside overnight since it was raining hard and I do not feel like washing it when it is in the 40s outside!

MB Quart component speakers installed yesterday. Makes me want to throw some midbass in the rear doors and a 10" sub in the back. Going to make a fiberglass enclosure to hopefully conserve as much space as possible. No telling when that will happen...but it is now on the list. Rear sway bars are waiting the STi mounts, then it's ready to go on!

I did some unscientific testing (simply comparing fuel economy running several tanks of different brands in a row), and Sunoco continuously presented itself as the absolute worst. Exxon showed to be the best but occasionally inconsistent. BP showed to be the most consistent, but with lower average economy than Exxon.

7-11 proved to be all over the place, so I think they just get their gas from the lowest bidder. Shell and Chevron turned up about the same results, both on par with BP.

anything make enough of a difference on mpg factoring in cost/gallon to make a difference in your mind?

Got stuck in my forester for the first time yesterday, it was the first time we even took it out to see what it could do stock. Now its time to beef it up and laugh as i go by that spot again haha. If anyone has good suggestions for lifts and tires for 98 forester please PM me.
