Drove around and getting the feeling that I might need to re-check my timing on my recent timing belt adjustment......feels like I have about 80% of the power I used to have, and still have an odd intake noise.
Gave her some fresh Mobil 1 synthetic and Genuine Subaru black oil filter (pre-purolator)

Still had issue with corroded endlink bolts, even with PB blaster and brushing out the crud from the threads. I had to dremel these too.
Beside that, and struggling for a few minutes putting the C brace back on (for some reason a 17mm bolt doesn't fit in a 14mm hole. What's up with that?), the installation was pretty easy.

I replaced both filters in the transmission, added new fluid and some Trans-X, changed the oil in the front differential and removed the considerable amount of engine oil overfilling the crankcase (oil change done by the non-Subaru dealer where I purchased the Subie) and did some exploring of the nooks and crannies.
The trans was delayed in shifting into drive. This seems to be resolved with the new filters and transfluid. :woohoo:
Will soon do the rear differential oil change and add to the to-do-list.

Since I bought a dark gray one that shows every morsel of dirt, I washed it. Again.
OK.. every ad I see a Subaru showes it dirty.. You kept yours Clean.. Does that mean you don't love it????
Long ago I lived in Avenal when my dad worked in the oil fields and then returned there while working for Southern California Gas in Transmission.. (The big pipe lines.) Strange I really do not miss that place..:icon_biggrin:Snowdance

Drop it off at Schwab.. Heck, they will fix it for free.. Then you won't have to fill it each day.. Then have to find some thing to fill the extra time.. And find some thing else to worry about.. Lots of trouble to go thru.. Just keep putting air in it.. Grin..
