Finally put the front sway on today. And apparently with more research it's a Whiteline and not a Perrin. =) Car feels quite a bit tighter in steering now. I Liiiike!

Sat & listened to the 70's channel on XM while the Mrs. washed & waxed Blue.
I helped a little, but mostly drank beer and soaked up some rays.

Installed my new JDM rain gaurds, washed/waxed, detailed interior, replaced dead pedal (autospeed) rubber bumpers that fell off.

About to install the JDM Forester STI bottom lip. I first have to remove my $12 garage lip.

Yesterday I spent some time under the Foz replacing my front shifter bushing. I also have the rear shifter stay bushing, but I couldn't force it on in time for the night to set in since I started later in the day.

My front bushing was completely intact, but it was so soft it was ridiculous, and it made it very hard to shift. Sometimes I couldn't do 2-3 smoothly without hitting the between gear mark. Now it's very notchy and great feeling. I can only imagine how much better it'll feel with both bushings replaced once I get that rear on!

I installed Headlight armour on the front and back.

Light HID blue on the headlights

Ad 50% light smoke on the tails, just enough to dull down the bright chrome.

This was more difficult than expected, however the colors are both what I was looking for. I started to get good at application by the time I got to the last light. I would like to do them all over again but at $150 I will live with my flaws until next spring.

Just finished installing the WRB JDM Bottom Lip! :woohoo: It looks bad donkey. I'll try and post up some pictures later.

I also applied JDM FSTI decals (cherry blossum red) on the front bumper.

Now, on to the Prova Air Oil Separator!

Perrin 22mm rear sway bar

I was going to install both front and rear, but as always with car projects, I take a lot longer than expected. So the front will have to wait for next weekend.

First issue was removing the old end links. Grime did its job and the threads on the end links were all corroded. So I went hunting for my trusted Dremel and just cut the old bolts off.

Everything was pretty straight forward after that, except that since I was also installing rear endling support from IxizConcept the bolt that came with the Perrin endlink kit was too short. So off to Ace to get a longer one.... No dice, they are closed for Easter. Luckily the local auto store was open and they had what I needed.
So 4:30 hours after I started, I went for a quick test drive. The rear definitely feels stiffer.

Punched it in the face (my parent's one) because they left the e-brake on all night and now we can't get the car to go into reverse since the brake froze. I hate snow and I hate it when parent's can't understand "DON'T LEAVE THE E-BRAKE ON IN THE WINTER."

Found out two days ago that the front left Tokico stut is blown on the STI. So today I got to call them up for a replacement and wash what I could off the BBS STi goldies =( Thinking they are going to end up needing paint on one, something caustic has eaten the paint really badly. Boooo! But THANK YOU Grimmspeed for the BBS gold color match!
