Wife called today and said a socket was stuck in the tire on the foz. Drove down to where she was at and sure enough a T-40 Torx tamperproof socket was sticking right in the tread. Swapped on the spare and drove it back to the shop.
Yesterday, Mr. Brown UPS dropped off the new Curt Class II hitch and wiring adapter. So, on the way to the shop, I picked up the hitch and decided to install it.
My night consisted of fixing the tire, swapping it back on and putting the spare back in its hole. Next came the hitch. Ended up removing the entire exhaust from the flange back to the mufflers. Not hard to do, but definitely fun doing it by myself. I got plenty of tools and a 10k 2post lift, so no laying on the back fighting a creeper.
Late night, but well worth the effort. Now I don't have to use the 2500HD to move the little stuff.
