Wife called today and said a socket was stuck in the tire on the foz. Drove down to where she was at and sure enough a T-40 Torx tamperproof socket was sticking right in the tread. Swapped on the spare and drove it back to the shop.

Yesterday, Mr. Brown UPS dropped off the new Curt Class II hitch and wiring adapter. So, on the way to the shop, I picked up the hitch and decided to install it.

My night consisted of fixing the tire, swapping it back on and putting the spare back in its hole. Next came the hitch. Ended up removing the entire exhaust from the flange back to the mufflers. Not hard to do, but definitely fun doing it by myself. I got plenty of tools and a 10k 2post lift, so no laying on the back fighting a creeper.

Late night, but well worth the effort. Now I don't have to use the 2500HD to move the little stuff.

Drove to the Snake river at Brownee Res. up to Oxbow dam then over to Richland Or. then down a gravel road for about 38 miles along the snake river. The mountains are beautiful and lots of snow. It was our fist road trip about 300 miles. Loved IT!

I had a productive day with the forester.....found a white 98s in the salvage yard and got an armrest extension and rear cup holder for 15 bucks (both in perfect shape) :)
Took my baby for a quick car wash since the weather was somewhat nice -12 instead of the typical -26.....
Interesting note, the 98 has nice plush grey interior with heated front seats compared to the course burlap sack like interior of my L...hahahah
Will this interior swap over?
They will give me the whole interior for 100 bucks as long as i take it out. Worth it???

Big spring cleaning day. Got excited and out the summer rubber back on. I'll probably have to switch back a day or two, but I don't really need the winters anymore as we mostly get rain in the valleys in the spring.
Used a ton on Mothers back to black on trim and some interior pieces. Vacuum the interior, fabreeze, pet hair roller, Orange oil cleaner, and some tlc in the engine bay.
There's a big local meet tomorrow, more than 85 cars, and I get one of the ride of the month spots so I wanted her to look nice.
