Thought it would be fun to start a thread on everyday things we do here and there to our beloved Subarus. The weather is getting nicer, so I'm sure we will all be outside more tinkering on our cars.

Today has been a busy day for me! Got my Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires in yesterday from Tirerack for the Sti and had them mounted and balanced today by a real cool guy off of Nasioc. If anyone wants his info in the PNW PM me. He runs a legit business out of his home doing tire stuff n such, for a really good deal. But let me tell ya, these tires are STICKY!!! They pick up gravel everywhere but they are SOOOoo nice! It feels like a different car

When I got back from joyriding the STi in it's new tires, I washed the Forester (for the second time this week) and finally got around to hand waxing it. Looks pretty, but boy is there a lot of bumps and bruises on it!

What did you guys do to the subarus today??

Went up a little hill yesterday (first one through the gate in the morning:bacon:) to check out the new tarmac up top. Sub 10 minutes should be the new norm next year.

Well I hope there's more to the hill than that :icon_razz: Where is this and why is/was there a gate? Enquiring minds want to know.
I somehow managed to stumble upon a little mud.... next to the parking lot of the hotel I'm staying at in KC.

Sounds like a dirty weekend getaway :N_poke::lol:
Some say a sticky is the precursor to a dead thread.
Sweated for a few minutes when I noticed green snow under my Foz, when I moved the car back. Frantically checked under the cylinder heads with a flashlight and mirror, until I realized I had overfilled the windshield washer reservoir with green -40C washer fluid.

Well a couple of days ago I pulled the car in close to the house scratching the passenger side mirror. (we were expecting a snow storm so I wanted to be able to get the snow blower around the drivers side as I have before) I'll probably be able to make do with just the cover, but

like a dog chasing it's tail  so goes the circle of life of a modded Forester owner.
Drove through the pile of leaves that had blown into a pile in the middle of a dirt road.
