better pics of the grill?

Its plasti dipped. The back has flexible hooks to mount steel mesh if wanted. When it gets warm, Ill throw another layer of plasti and take additional photos. Maybe mount the mesh also.

Nobody wants a set of decent brembos?
Sold the car so pretty much everything is gone aside from the brembos...

$600 shipped and paypaled for brembo calipers. I can have them out next day USPS insured.
Do you have a write-up for the TCM/Sport Shifter Swap? Or something that you referenced?

OR was it as simple as plug and play? Swap the TCM, swap the diff and and shifter then call it a day?

Minor wiring for the sport shift itself. You extend the wires from the shifter add a couple pins to the TCM connector. Otherwise all plug and play. Worth every penny. If you have the parts and means to swap them DO IT! It became a totally different vehicle. I have all the wiring diagrams and will upload them to this post. You can find them on this forum but lets make it easy...
NOTE...
This was a word document I was saving that had certain forum posts and part numbers. It should help anyone looking to add the steering column pinky shifters. Its mostly bullet points but still.... keep this info together...

You need to get a SportShift capable TCU (PN: 31711AJ300 or 31711AJ301) and either the paddles or the actual floor shifter assembly.

Upon opening the box, i found the Paddle Assembly, and the cover.. but i NO harness, or instructions. The instructions i can do without, but i'm kinda stuck on the harness part.

was there a separate part number for for the harness?? i really don't think so, but i'm going back to the Subaru dealership here in Izumo Japan where i'm staying with a picture of the part in hopes i can at least order it.

Anyone else not get a harness? or at least have the part number for the harness?

Thanks guys!
You can build your own harness. Or scroll up to see nepbug's post.

hi lukesbizzy:

How do you connect the two up/down shift wire from the paddle to the wire from the stick manual shift?

I think there are four wires from the stick for shifting up/down, so which two should we connect to the paddle? It seems they are two white wire and two black wire, are the black two for ground and two white for signal?
Today we spend a whole afternoon in the shop but the guys there are not sure which wire should use, so we are waiting for a definite answer...

the middle wire needs to be a short one as this is attached with a screw to the paddles when installed and is the ground
the blue wire is to shift up and yellow for shifting down

if you are installing paddles in an sg forester you will need the following parts to make it fit with ease (wish my set had been this easy)
column cover - shorter than the sh one i used and no cutting is needed to fit it

bodi combi switch - as the sg one wont fit paddles

this way you get to keep the parkers switch on top of the column cover and no cutting and modding of the column cover and modding of the stalks is needed

the 2 wires run down to the sports shift stick and you connect one to up and the other to down and this is the same for sh
