Bought my Subaru in Greece with a 2-yr warranty that expires Jan 2010. Is there an extended warranty option that I can purchase?
Thanks,
Maguire

Welcome to the forum!
Where abouts in Greece are you from?
Have you talked to the main dealer in Kifisias avenue (assuming you live in Athens)?

New Foresters come with a 3 year parts & labour + European breakdown warranty. I bought mine at 1 year old from a dealer and the remaining warranty was transferred to me.

A few months before it expired I got a letter from the dealer inviting me to extend it. You can do this from any Subaru dealer, or by phone. There are several options, but to extend for one year on slightly less favourable terms than the original was about £300, and double that for two years (the maximum they offer).

As my car has only needed two tyres and a sidelight bulb in three years, I decided it was too reliable to bother extending the warranty ...
