Vacuum hose (maybe) - wire not connected?

Hello I have a 98 Subaru Forester and I noticed I have a wire that isn't connected to anything the wire is on the manifold but looks as if it goes to the right somewhere a picture on hood says it should go to a purge soilnoid or something like that but I don't see anything and Google is not helping any pictures would be helpful thank in advance
