upgrade 2019 Forester 225/55r18 stock tires?

I'm leaving my stock tires on here in Southern California. I don't see any reason to change them out yet. I might if I lived in the mountains or expected a lot of ski trips. You'll get more rain. Not sure if they all come with the same tires so you could check some reviews on the tires on line to see of they are particularly awful but seems unlikely.
